You agree, by submitting your contribution, to grant Creative Somerset perpetual, royalty free, non-exclusive license to publish material on this website and our associated social media pages only and make available to the public with respect to your contribution on our network.

We are unable to guarantee the true colour reproduction of the images presented, since browsers, screens and printers vary in colour output.

By Submitting your contribution to our website you warrant that your contribution:

No spamming or off-topic material: we don’t allow the submission of the same or similar contributions many times and duplicates will be removed.

Creative Somerset does not currently support direct ecommerce, buying and selling of products using our website; i.e. eBay links, prices etc.

Artists, organisations and businesses that use our website are responsible for providing up to date and accurate information.  

The material on this site may include views or recommendations of third parties (including political and religious), which do in no way reflect the views of our organisation, Creative Somerset CIC and does not permit users abusing the site as a vehicle for propaganda to express such personal beliefs.  Links to other websites are inserted for convenience and to encourage individuals and businesses within the creative sector to promote themselves, but in no way does this constitute endorsement from Creative Somerset of material at those sites, or any associated organisation, product and service and we cannot guarantee that these links will work at all times.
